Artist’s Biography

Darlean is an independent fine art specialist who holds a doctorate degree in Arts and Educational Administration. Her visual art background includes studies in Italy, USA, Mexico and England; and administration of a school of the arts and secondary schools. Also, she was a visual arts department head, and taught secondary school art. She was the co-organizer of the National Conference "Drumbeat, 96" in the state of Mississippi, USA.
Darlean's paintings can be found in private collections, art rental in both London and Woodstock, Ontario. She recently had a solo show in Toronto called "CHOICE" and her work was accepted in the 50th Juried Show called "Visual Elements", in Woodstock, Ontario.
Internationally, her work was accepted for artshows in both Rome and Venice, Italy in 2008. Darlean Morris has an art studio in the historic Opera House building in St. Marys, Ontario.
